Someone at work lost their mobile phone.....

.....'wicked', I thought. 'This is my chance to show how efficient I am'.

But when I called the guy up to order a new one I was put on hold for 10 minutes with the Benny Hill theme tune loud enough for the guy who'd lost his phone to hear squeaking out of the handset.

So much for my plan. And our professional suppliers.
